Our 10-8/EAG AR500 Steel Target was born from the excellent paper training target designed by Tim Lau of 10-8 Consulting and Pat Rogers of EAG Tactical. Both 10-8 Consulting and EAG Tactical are leaders in the industry with regards to training law enforcement, military, and civilian personnel not just how to shoot with a firearm, but more importantly how to fight with a firearm. The 10-8/EAG Steel Target is patterned after the Crye Precision Multi-Cam portion of the EAG/10-8 paper target. Both 10-8 Consulting and EAG Tactical use the 10-8/EAG Steel targets in their carbine and handgun classes with great success. When specific portions of the course focus on teaching fighting skills, ie. movement, intermediate & asymetric positions, or gun handling skills like malfunction clearance vice marksmanship skills, the 10-8/EAG Steel targets provide immediate feedback to the shooters and eliminates time spent pasting targets.
